KARAZHAN REQUIREMENTS PLS READ

Ok Guys....after a few pointless wipes i feel the need to put up some restrictions about our raiding.

1) Deadlybossmod2 addon is now REQUIRED to raid in sparta, if you don't have it...get it

2) Speakers: I have gone and bought a friggin Mic to have a better communication within the raiding team so when raiding everything will be done by voice no more typing while trying to mantain aggro for me thak you very much.

3) Retri Palas, Fury Warriors and Beasmaster hunters must respec. BM hunters may be good for PvP but in Pve it's just one slot wasted. retri palas just have no reason of existance in pve raids and warriors should at least be able to offtank without getting mashed. the only exception is a VERY imba fury warrior with sick dps.

4)Timer Addons: this is required especially for Priests (shackle) Hunters (traps) and warlocks (Banish) get your timers....i cannot stress the importance of having quality Crowd Control enough.

5) Synergy: last night there were a couple of people that while online refused to join the raid team on terms like "Boring" or "i prefer doing BG's". If that is the case the by all means go join a PvP guild. should i see this lack of team spirit again i will have no problems in removing said person from the guild.

That is all for now....as we evolve into a full raiding guild there will be more issues coming up so this wasn't the last time you heard from me

Ok, so i got DBM and DoTimer now, and will get a mic sometime this week, does some1 have some tips on what add ons also would be good 4 me? I already got coords, mobmap, mobinfo and Disenchant predict.
